ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, maintain and cultivate excellent client and agent relationships.
3. Market and broker CRC products and services.
4. Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets.
5. Prepare submissions for markets and secure quotes.
6. Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
7. Assist broker with meeting or exceeding production goals as assigned by CRC.
8. Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry and sales ideas through regular attendance at workshops, seminars, literature reviews and / or formal continuing education.
9. Maintain necessary licenses to produce business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications :

1. College degree or appropriate insurance designation
2. Current state specific license required
3. Must commit a minimum of three years to the Program
4. Ability to review information, make decisions and manage time effectively with minimal or no supervision
5. Strong desire to advance to the position of a Broker
6. Must be able to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies
7. Recognize new trends and developments in the insurance industry and be able to incorporate that into your strategy
8. Must possess and maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry
9. Good written and verbal skills
10. Ability to work in a team environment essential
11. Ability to work extended hours when necessary
12. Ability to maintain travel schedule depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business
